Broiler Board – Oval
For extraordinary taste and texture, infuse baked or broiled fish and other meats with the naturally nutty flavor of northern hard maple. These planks are sized-right to hold a medium to large filet and fit most broilers and ovens. Prior to cooking they make a great prep surface, too. Recessed ring captures juices. Made of all natural, non-chemically treated hardwood, like all our products. May be good for multiple uses, depending upon the cooking method. Soak in water for at least one-hour prior to use.
